I love that!!!!! I agree that what we say often manifests itself in our lives, so definitely speak good and healthy and positive things for yourself ❤️
I hear that! I sometimes think this is apparently just what I do, but knowing that sometimes what I always fall into isn’t good for me makes me not want to just say, that’s just who and how I am. We can change the unhealthy parts for sure!!!! It’s hard work though 💪🏻 I’m so happy that you are happy! A potato fish. I love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yaaaaay thank yooou!!! I’m trying to make sure what I put down is accurate as much as possible. Plus, the inspiration came about when I started observing my personal life in romantic, professional, and familial relationships. Aaaah I’m so happy you read this. 💃🏾
I hear you for sure! I know I have patterns especially in romantic relationships that I’m trying to undo and it’s hard to figure out where it all started and to break the patterns after being stuck in them for so long. You nailed 🥳😊❤️
Same here. I’m planning to explore re-grounding techniques and simple mantras that help me name what I want and intentionally move toward it—so long as it’s healthy and purposeful. I really believe life and death are in the tongue, and I’m realizing that hope alone isn’t enough. Being mindful of what I speak feels like a way of choosing change, not just waiting for it to happen.
I believe your character building journey will shine light on more habits and quirks that's fixable. Just remember to accept them as part of who you were so you can transition into who you want or need to be. Telling ourselves "this is who I am, and it is what it is" can hurt our spirit over time. Trust me, I'm working through that myself. But thank you so much for your praise. I feel like a happy potato fish lol 🙌🙌🙌
Very well done, Hari! You explained the roles and attachment styles and how this effects our patterns so well ❤️
